About PV DoctorPV Doctor Pte. Ltd is a spin-off from the Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore (SERIS) at the National University of Singapore (NUS). PV Doctor Pte. Ltd. is an Asset Performance Management (APM) company which focuses on maximising solar PV assets performance and rectifying under-performing assets. The company manages thousand+ assets across Asia and beyond. It also offers other PV system-related services, including, but not limited to: Smart O&M (operation & maintenance), Preventive O&M, Rectifications & Special Investigations, Repowering, Audits & Performance Assessment, and General Technical Support. We're looking for a Performance Engineer Intern to join our team, primarily supporting our Smart O&M services as we onboard more systems in Thailand. This role also offers exposure to our other key services with a focus on data analytics and performance optimization. What You’ll Do•  Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and improving PV system performance. •  Work with real-time data from our growing portfolio, identifying underperformance and recommending solutions. •  Support predictive maintenance strategies using advanced analytics. •  Collaborate with the team to enhance Smart O&M processes. •  Contribute to performance reports and customer insights. •  Potentially assist in other areas, such as audits, repowering, and rectifications What We Look For•  Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in engineering or science (electrical, renewable energy, mechanical) or related fields. •  Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance data. •  Passion for solar energy and optimization. •  Proficiency in Excel, or Python and other data analysis tools is a plus. •  Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
