[PERM] Manager, Cost and Contract Management (Construction)

Responsibilities: • Support vendor sourcing with Procurement, including maintaining vendor lists and providing technical requirements and quantities • Prepare feasibility cost appraisals, BOQs, cost data, and assist in cost planning • Lead/participate in value engineering to identify alternative materials and construction methods • Collaborate with internal teams, QS consultants, and external stakeholders to support project solutions and resolve issues • Support tender preparation, tender management, and contract documentation • Manage post-contract activities including budget tracking, cash flow, and cost reporting • Prepare and evaluate variation orders, claims, and external QS assessments • Oversee post-contract administration and final account settlement • Conduct cost analysis, price comparisons, and financial evaluations • Draft consultant service agreements and support contract documentation • Ensure accurate tracking of project costs vs budget • Work effectively in teams and demonstrate initiative in QS processes Requirements: • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Building, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering • 15+ years’ relevant experience preferably in Singapore and Batam/Riau Islands projects • Proficient in electronic measurement tools (CADD, CostX, Golden) Please state your availability, current and expected salary in the resume.
