About Us Tecson Engineering Pte Ltd is a leading electrical engineering company in Singapore, providing innovative solutions in the industry. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in daily operations and assist with administrative and support tasks. Job Responsibilities: • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Managing Director • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence efficiently • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management • Support HR functions such as onboarding, leave tracking, and employee records management • Assist in procurement, office supplies management, and vendor coordination • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners • Assist in project coordination, scheduling, and progress tracking • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally • Assist in Business Development Requirements: • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment • High level of discretion and professionalism • Willingness to learn and take on various responsibilities Send your resume to TSE.HRTeam@outlook.com with the subject "Application for Personal Assistant Role".
