Job Summary We are seeking a part-time Petrol Station Marshall to manage traffic flow and maintain safety during peak hours at a petrol station. This role offers flexible hours suitable for students or individuals seeking short shifts. Responsibilities • Direct vehicles to manage traffic flow within the petrol station to ensure efficient movement • Monitor and control queue movement to prevent congestion during peak times • Guide customers to available pumps to optimize station usage and reduce wait times • Maintain safety and order within the station premises to protect customers and staff • Support basic operational tasks as needed to assist daily station functions Required competencies and certifications • Commitment to fixed working schedule to ensure consistent coverage • Punctuality and responsibility to reliably perform duties during shifts • Ability to work comfortably outdoors in varying weather conditions • Effective communication skills to interact clearly with customers and team members Preferred competencies and qualifications • No prior experience required; training will be provided to perform role effectively Other Information • Location: Pasir Ris (11 Pasir Ris Drive 4) • Working Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday • Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM (4 hours per shift)
