We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented engineering professional to support change control and project management activities within a highly regulated manufacturing setting. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams on equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and manufacturing change initiatives that directly impact production efficiency and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and coordinate change control activities within pharmaceutical manufacturing operations • Manage engineering projects involving equipment modifications, facility upgrades, and process improvements • Collaborate with production, quality, validation, and maintenance teams to ensure timely project execution • Support risk assessments, impact evaluations, and implementation planning for engineering changes • Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical reports, and change control records in compliance with GMP requirements • Coordinate vendor activities, project timelines, and site implementation schedules • Ensure all engineering works are completed in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards • Participate in commissioning, qualification, and validation activities where required • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing reliability and operational efficiency Requirements: • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or regulated manufacturing environments will be advantageous • Familiarity with change control processes, GMP documentation, and project management practices • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Able to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and engineering documentation practices • Independent, meticulous, and team-oriented mindset Interested applicants may send their updated resume to leonleong@recruitexpress.com.sg with the subject title: Pharmaceutical Change Control Project Engineer / Manufacturing Project Specialist Thank you for your application.
