You will play a key role in supporting manufacturing change initiatives, equipment enhancements, and facility improvement projects while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders across production, quality, validation, and maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end change control activities for manufacturing and engineering operations • Manage engineering projects involving equipment upgrades, process optimization, and facility improvements • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project timelines and implementation plans • Conduct risk assessments, impact evaluations, and technical reviews for engineering changes • Prepare and maintain GMP-compliant project documentation, technical reports, and change records • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to support project delivery and installation activities • Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities where required • Ensure all projects are executed in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and manufacturing reliability Requirements • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline • Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or other regulated manufacturing environments is advantageous • Familiarity with GMP practices, change control systems, and project coordination • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation practices • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Interested applicants may send their updated resume to leonleong@recruitexpress.com.sg with the subject header: Application for Pharmaceutical Project Engineer / Manufacturing Change Specialist We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
