LILLY CENTRE FOR CLINICAL PHARMACOLOGY PTE. LTD. is hiring for a Pharmacist - 1 Yr Contract internship — a 12-month, on-site Product Management role based in COLLYER QUAY, Singapore. About this role
Purpose of the Job: Responsible for ensuring proper investigational product management and pharmacy operations in accordance to applicable regulatory requirements, such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice. Core Job Task • Ensures proper management of Investigational Product (IP), non-IP, Extemporaneous Preparation (EP), Controlled Drug (CD), Special Security Substance (SSS) and Therapeutic Product (TP). This can include sourcing, receipt, storage, preparation, dispensing, labelling, inventory accountability, reconciliation, retention, destruction and documentation, etc. • Performs extemporaneous preparation, aseptic compounding and other dispensing activities. • Performs pharmacy operational activities such as inventory management, ensuring cleanliness of pharmacy areas, and environmental monitoring. • Ensures proper handling and facilitates maintenance of equipment in the pharmacy. • Acts as pharmacy liaison for an assigned trial for the study team. • Reviews and provides feedback during protocol development. • Ensures proper management of randomization and unblinding procedures for blinded clinical trials. • Carries out pharmacy operations according to the protocol and applicable procedure requirements. • Practices and upholds professional pharmacy standards to ensure safety of trial participants. • Reviews and updates local standard operation procedures as appropriate. • Participates in applicable audit and inspection visits by Lilly and external agencies and ensures proper follow-upon issues. • May hold relevant pharmacy licenses, e.g. Form A Poisons License when required. • Provides training to pharmacy personnel such as new hires, locum pharmacists and pharmacy interns, as needed. • Performs cross-functional and other duties as required. Required Qualifications and Experience • Singapore Registered Pharmacist. • Experience in compounding or working in cleanroom or manufacturing setting (preferred). Required Skills • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Meticulous and detail oriented. • General GCP, GMP and GDP knowledge (preferred).
