Role OverviewThe Product Operations Executive/Manager is responsible for the end-to-end operational management of maintenance projects, ensuring service delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. The role serves as the bridge between clients, operations teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities are executed effectively, safely, and in accordance with contractual obligations. Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Operations Management• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of maintenance projects and service contracts. • Coordinate project schedules, manpower deployment, and resource allocation to ensure timely service delivery. • Monitor project milestones, service levels, and operational performance against contractual requirements. • Ensure maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements. • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize disruptions. Stakeholder Management• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational matters and project updates. • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure seamless project execution. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to support long-term partnerships. Performance Monitoring & Reporting• Track and analyse operational KPIs, service performance metrics, and project outcomes. • Prepare regular operational reports, project updates, and management dashboards. • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Vendor & Contract Management• Support vendor sourcing, onboarding, performance evaluation, and contract administration activities. • Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. • Manage quotations, purchase orders, work orders, and project-related documentation. Continuous Improvement• Review operational workflows and identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost efficiencies. • Support digitalisation and automation initiatives to improve operational effectiveness. • Participate in business continuity planning and operational excellence initiatives. Compliance & Safety• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and workplace safety requirements. • Maintain accurate operational records, maintenance logs, and project documentation. • Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews where required. Requirements • Degree in any related disciplines. • Min 5 years of relevant experience, including project or team management responsibilities. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
