PMO (Banking / 6 month contract)

• Assist/Lead with End to End Project/Program management and milestone management • Ensure projects are delivered on time, with quality and within budget. • Escalate risks on projects, like delay, increase in costs, operational risk resulting from process/system change etc • Anticipate and analyse any impact from project initiated by business. • Assist/Lead with User Requirement Gathering/reviews and user story documentations. • Participate in UAT including preparation of test case plan, test scope/scripts, and testing progress monitoring •  Conduct End User Training • Manage Root Cause Analysis on defects, as well as during identification of underlying problems. • Propose and implement customer oriented solutions to improve overall service delivery. • Assist management in regular processes review performed within the Wealth Operations. • Follow DBS standards on Risk Management, Security and all Corporate Project Management methodologies Interested candidates may apply through the application system.
