About this role
Objectives of this Role: • Ensure the highest quality of our operations system by developing and executing tests to detect and report any errors in the product. • Develop suitable testing plans and frameworks that align with our customers' needs. • Coordinate with various functions and teams to incorporate necessary product changes. Responsibilities: • The role involves writing test cases, preparing and creating test data, executing and retesting test cases. • Able to leveraging on inhouse GenAI for test case creation and enrichment • Ensure test runs and results are completed within the given time frame. • Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications. • Identify, report, and track software defects and issues. • Perform functional, performance, security, and regression testing of software products. • Report test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders, and work on their resolution. • Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams. • Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies. • You will work closely with the Testing Centre of Excellence (COE) to enhance testing processes and standardize testing practices across operations • Monitor daily exception reports to ensure completeness and timeliness of Bank’s actions have been executed. • Handle daily customer claim. • Perform settlement and reconciliation of the team’s key GL accounts. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, or similar technical certifications. • Excellent problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and strong communication skills. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: • Proficiency in testing tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Appium, and other testing frameworks. • Certifications such as ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) and CSTE (Certified Software Tester).
