Position: F&B Management Trainee Requirements: • Possess Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification • Able work on weekends / public holidays / Rotating Shift • Training provided! Job Scope: • Assist cook, fried, preparation menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes • Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards • Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations • Assist the Manager in running a smooth, efficient, and productive shift • Assist the Manager in handling guests queries and feedbacks • Responsible for cash management of the POS • Train, coach, mentor, and supervise a team of service crews in delivery of excellent guest experience • Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
