Principal Consultant

• Must have 15+ years of IT experience in the Banking Software industry, with a specialized focus on Technical Manager/ Lead roles for Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, and Finance Supply Chain domains. • Should be proficient in designing and developing APIs and Microservices using J2EE and Spring Boot on containerized, Cloud Native platforms like OpenShift. • Hands-on experience implementing event-driven architectures with Kafka and developing dynamic user interfaces using ReactJS. • Should have significant experience in Trade Finance Intelligent Document Recognition (TF-IDR) • Proven ability to coordinate with business teams, external vendors, and offshore developers to align technical solutions with long-term business strategies
