Procurement Executive (Engineering and Logistics)

Job Highlights: • 2 Years Contract (Extendable / Convertible) • Performance Bonus & Variable Bonus • Tuas • 5 Days (Office Hours) Job Summary We are looking for a motivated Procurement Executive to support sourcing and procurement activities within an engineering and operations environment. This role involves end-to-end procurement processes, supplier management, and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services. Key Responsibilities • Provide procurement support, including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, contracting, and contract management. • Ensure materials and services procured meet required specifications and operational needs. • Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery timelines, and pricing to ensure compliance with organisational standards. • Liaise with Finance on payment-related matters and ensure smooth transaction processes. • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on market trends and supply conditions. • Engage with vendors and stakeholders to maintain strong supplier relationships. • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards. Requirements • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related disciplines. • Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in engineering, logistics, or related industries.
