Product Advisor

About the position We are thrilled to represent the world’s leading technology company consolidate their retail footprint in the region. This incredible opportunity calls for an exceptional team and the Product Advisor is at the core with the responsibility to deliver a memorable customer experience in consumer electronic stores. Your responsibilities will include: · Increasing the overall brand presence in the stores by communicating the features and benefits of the products. · Building and maintaining relationships with key store personnel within the consumer electronics stores. · Ensuring that the store personnel are trained on the products and the key selling points for each product. · Monitoring competitor activity/ initiatives in stores as directed by your field manager. · Proactively managing and escalating store issues to ensure overall brand success. · Collating key information and reporting weekly to the Field Manager. Is this you? · An excellent communicator at all levels within the organisation · A gadget guru who not only understands technology but is also able to communicate technological information to small or large groups. · Someone who lives and breathes sales. · An experienced user of products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel · A people’s person who loves to interact with other people from diverse backgrounds. · Experience in Consumer Electronics retail in some form would be advantageous. · Able to work on a 5-day work week including weekends & public holidays.
