Product Marketing Manager (AI Initiative) - Renewable Contract

Job Details: • Salary Range: UP $8,500 • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (office hours) • Central Area : Havelock MRT Station • Yearly Renewable Contract Job Scope: • (Primary Focus) Internal Stakeholder Engagement & Trust Building : Engage with different divisions to understand their workflows, challenges and identify opportunities for AI adoption. Build trust and buy-in for AI initiatives across the organisation • AI Solution Positioning: Translate AI capabilities into clear, simple messaging for internal stakeholders. Help stakeholders understand what AI can and cannot do and how it can support the organisation   • Governance & Compliance Alignment : Work closely with policy and compliance teams to support in communicating safe and responsible use of AI internally • Cross-functional Collaboration : Act as a bridge between AI strategy / engineering teams & Business units / divisions • Adoption Planning (Internal Rollout): Support internal rollout of AI initiatives and gather feedback from divisions to refine messaging and improve adoption and usability • Gradually support external communication and public-facing positioning once internal alignment is established Requirements:  • Experience in product marketing, communications, or stakeholder engagement roles, preferably in tech, digital, or public sector • Strong ability to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders • Experience working across multiple stakeholders or business units • Familiarity with regulated environments / governance considerations is advantageous • Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills • Comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile https://sg.persolgo.com/job/apply/16170 We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
