Job Title: Program Ops Support (Coordinator / Specialist) Duration: 12 months Normal Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Time-off in lieu for work done after normal working hours) Location: 9 King George’s Avenue, Singapore 208581 Work Eligibility: Only Singaporeans Job Responsibilities:• Support the Community Development Councils (CDCs) in engaging and building relationships with stakeholders such as venue owners, grassroots organisations, and partner agencies to expand the programme's reach and impact. • Collaborate with team members and partners such as National Arts Council, Community Arts and Culture Clubs (CACCs), and schools to ensure smooth operations, including but not limited to identifying, securing, and procuring venues, logistics, and coordinating community performances to ensure seamless programme delivery. • Work closely with CDC, the core communications team, and community stakeholders including schools and social purpose entities to develop and execute comprehensive publicity strategies, including updating the GoWhere site, to effectively promote ArtsEverywhere @ CDC initiatives and maximise community awareness. • Assist the CDC manager with Wecare Arts Experience, e.g. invite beneficiaries from Wecare Arts Experience to attend ArtsEverywhere. • Design and implement data collection methodologies to gather and analyse programme metrics for continuous improvement and review purposes. • Collect and curate compelling human interest stories of residents/performers through community engagements and surveys. • Foster strong working relationships with government agencies and community partners to leverage resources, share best practices, and create synergies that enhance programme outcomes. • Handle procurement and prepare Statements of Accounts (SOAs) for reimbursement, ensuring compliance with financial procedures and maintaining accurate records. • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) of the programme, assess programme effectiveness via feedback mechanisms, identify areas for improvement, and respond to community needs and preferences, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by CDC/ CPD. Specific Requirements:• Department: CDC Planning & Development & Community Development Council Divisions • Desired Experience: Minimum three years of work experience. • Skills: Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
