About this role
We are looking for an experienced Product Operations Manager to support the operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise digital and analytics platforms. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, ensuring systems reliability, smooth product operations, and successful delivery of enhancements and transition initiatives. • Working Hours: Mon-Fri • Working Location: Central • Salary Package: Up to $7,000 (basic) x 12 months • Job Type: Contract (1 year) Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Operations & Support • Ensure availability, stability, and performance of digital systems and platforms. • Monitor incidents, coordinate issue resolution, and manage system maintenance activities. • Oversee system changes through governance and approval processes, including documentation and stakeholder sign-off. • Coordinate scheduled maintenance and communicate system updates to users. Product Operations & Requirements Management • Gather, analyse, and document business and user requirements. • Translate stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements and enhancement plans. • Facilitate workshops, user discussions, and alignment sessions with cross-functional teams. • Support roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives for digital platforms. Dashboard & Data Product Governance • Manage dashboard refresh cycles, content updates, and approvals. • Maintain documentation for changes, governance processes, and audit trails. • Partner with business teams to ensure reporting and analytics products meet evolving needs. System Transition & Change Initiatives • Support system migration, archival, and decommissioning activities. • Coordinate transition plans to ensure business continuity and preservation of critical data. • Develop documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and transition artefacts. Vendor & Stakeholder Management • Manage vendor relationships and monitor service delivery against agreed performance standards. • Review system performance reports and identify opportunities for optimisation. • Serve as a key point of contact for system-related issues, escalations, and stakeholder communications. • Provide regular updates on operational performance, risks, and planned changes. Requirements• 3–5 years of experience in product operations, systems operations, business analysis, or digital platform management. • Experience gathering requirements and working with cross-functional stakeholders. • Strong understanding of system support, change management, and operational governance. • Experience with dashboards, analytics platforms, or data-driven systems. • Exposure to system migration, data archival, or decommissioning projects is advantageous. • Strong vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations. Preferred Skills• Familiarity with data visualisation and data processing tools. • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile delivery, or change management practices. • Understanding of data governance and compliance principles. • Experience in user journey mapping, system consolidation, or digital transformation initiatives.
