Product Owner (Banking l 9-month Contract) up to $7K

Responsibilities: • Lead and manage Consumer and Wealth Banking digital initiatives across multiple regional markets from inception to production rollout, taking full accountability for scope, delivery timelines, quality, and outcomes. • Collaborate closely with regional and country stakeholders across business, product, design, technology, operations, and vendors to ensure successful end-to-end execution. • Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories, and work with product and design teams to conceptualize customer journeys, workflows, and screen designs that align with business objectives. • Review functional and technical specifications with technology partners to ensure solutions meet business requirements and regulatory expectations. • Own and lead the UAT strategy, including test planning, coordination, execution, and defect management, while supervising and guiding testing engineers and analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage across manual and automated testing cycles. • Drive stakeholder engagement to identify enhancements, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure seamless system and process delivery. • Support production deployments through live business verification, and manage post-implementation activities including user training, production issue investigation, escalation, and resolution to ensure operational stability. • Continuously improve delivery practices by staying abreast of digital banking trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and coach team members to achieve high-quality delivery outcomes while meeting stringent timelines. Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Consumer or Digital Banking. • Experience managing projects end-to-end across the full delivery lifecycle: Requirements definition, UAT and test management Implementation and rollout. • Solid understanding of digital banking platforms, systems, and processes. • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies. • Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, JBehave, and related test automation tools. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused. • Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver against tight timelines.
