Production Planner (Manufacturing & Capacity Planning)

The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. It is ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently. Employment Type: 12 months renewable contract Location: Bendemeer Working Hour: Regular Office Hours Key Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate production loading to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders. • Work with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure material availability and production readiness. • Perform capacity analysis and optimize loading plans to maximize manufacturing output. • Support production scheduling, engineering builds, and operational improvements. • Participate in SAP S/4HANA User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process validation, and system migration activities. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, automation, and digital solutions. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines). • Experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, supply chain planning, or industrial engineering is preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous. • Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments is preferred. • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, UAT, automation, AI tools, or digital transformation projects will be an added advantage. **Interested candidates, kindly email updated resume to xiaoyee@wanco-manpower.com with Subject of "Production Planner", thank you.
