Programme Administrator (College)

Salary: S$2,760/month Location: Buona Vista Contract: 5 months (6 Jul 2026 – 26 Nov 2026) Working Hours: Mon – Fri, Office Hours Job Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end programme administration, including course registration, materials preparation, room setup, and records management • Coordinate logistics arrangements such as travel bookings, vendor management, and procurement of programme-related items • Handle financial administration, including invoicing, payments to trainers/vendors, and budget tracking • Liaise with foreign delegates, associate trainers, and internal departments to ensure smooth programme delivery • Prepare customised evaluations and update participant information using internal systems • Monitor programme progress and ensure service standards and team KPIs are met Requirements: • Diploma in any discipline • Prior experience in programme administration, training operations, events coordination, or administrative support is highly preferred • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines • Excellent communication skills: Confident in interacting with internal and external stakeholders • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Adaptable and comfortable learning new systems and processes By sending us your personal data and curriculum vitae (CV), you are deemed to consent to PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd and its affiliates to collect, use and disclose your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy available at https://www.persolsingapore.com .
