Assistant Psychology Executives ($2760/ month)

Test Administration and Invigilation • Conduct and oversee psychometric test sessions • Support candidates (briefing, troubleshooting) • Maintain records and invigilation logs for audit purposes Data Management and Quality Assurance • Process and validate test scores under supervision • Update and manage assessment databases for accurate tracking • Perform data checks and flag inconsistencies Selection Process Coordination • Schedule test sessions and panel interviews • Liaise with stakeholders and candidates for smooth processes • Track candidate progress and follow up at each stage Basic Research Documentation and Publication Support • Assist with literature reviews, data organization, and reports • Support manuscript formatting, referencing, and submissions Requirements: • A Diploma in Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data • Good organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data management or reference management tools is an advantage • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism • Prior experience in psychometric testing, research coordination, or HR operations is an advantage but not required Interested candidates, please click on the following link to begin your job search journey and submit your curriculum vitae (CV) directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO.
