Programme & Events Executive Job Description We are seeking a Programme & Events Executive to support the planning and delivery of founder-centric programmes and events within the innovation and startup ecosystem. The role requires strong coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and deliver programmes and events end-to-end, including preparation, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up. • Support workshops, briefings, community sessions, and related activities that contribute towards larger programme milestones and events. • Manage event logistics, schedules, communications, and vendors in a timely and structured manner. • Work closely with internal stakeholders, founders, speakers, mentors, partners, and service providers. • Track action items and deliverables and adapt plans as priorities and operational requirements evolve. • Provide administrative and operational support for programme activities and engagement initiatives. Requirements • Minimum Diploma qualification in Hospitality, Business, Event Management, or a related discipline. • Relevant internship or professional experience supporting events, programmes, or community initiatives. • Exposure to conferences, training programmes, trade shows, corporate events, or startup ecosystem activities is advantageous. • Strong organisational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and collaborative working style. • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently once briefed, comfortable working in fast-paced and changing environments. • Proactive, detail-oriented, and positive team player with an interest in innovation, entrepreneurship, startups, or deep tech environments.
