Key Highlights: • Office Hours: Mon–Fri (Office Hours) • Work Location: King George’s Avenue • Contract Duration: 12 months • Salary: Up to SGD $5,500/month • Opportunity to support large-scale community arts initiatives and public engagement programmes Key Responsibilities: • Support in engaging with stakeholders such as venue owners, grassroots organizations, and partner agencies to expand programme outreach and impact • Collaborate with partners and schools to ensure smooth programme operations, including venue sourcing, logistics coordination, and community performances • Work closely with the community councils and communications teams to develop and execute publicity strategies to maximize awareness of Arts Everywhere initiatives • Assist in organizing initiatives including coordinating participation of beneficiaries • Design and implement data collection methods to track and analyze programme performance for continuous improvement • Gather and curate human interest stories from residents and performers through community engagement efforts • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and community partners to enhance programme outcomes • Handle procurement processes and prepare Statements of Accounts (SOAs) for reimbursements, ensuring compliance with financial procedures • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate programme effectiveness, and recommend improvements aligned with strategic objectives • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Key Requirements: • Experience in community engagement, programme coordination, or public sector projects • Familiarity with procurement processes and basic financial tracking • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills • Good communication and analytical abilities • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively • Proactive team player with the ability to work independently Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
