About this role
Duration: 1 year Location: Novena Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 6pm; Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Responsibilities: • Coordinate and support the implementation of programmes, workshops, training sessions, and events. • Liaise with participants, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful programme execution. • Manage programme registrations, attendance tracking, and participant communications. • Prepare programme-related materials, reports, presentations, and documentation. • Monitor programme schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables. • Respond to enquiries and provide administrative support to programme participants and stakeholders. • Maintain accurate records, databases, and programme information. Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in any discipline. • Prior experience in programme coordination, administration, customer service, events, or stakeholder engagement is preferred. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
