Company Overview Montessori Seniors Ltd is a registered charity providing care for elderly persons, especially those with dementia, through activity programs based on the Montessori approach. Job Summary You will plan, implement, and evaluate activities for elderly clients, assist with their personal care, and maintain a safe, clean environment in the centre. Responsibilities • Plan, implement, and evaluate activity programs tailored for elderly clients to promote engagement and well-being • Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to support activity facilitation • Engage elderly clients through direct assistance and interaction to enhance their participation • Attend to clients’ personal care needs including hygiene, positioning, transfers, and ambulation to ensure comfort and safety • Follow the centre’s operational protocols consistently to maintain service quality and safety • Perform incidental housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness of the centre’s environment, equipment, furniture, and tools • Complete other tasks assigned by management to support centre operations Preferred competencies and qualifications • Knowledge and skills in program facilitation, planning, and implementation for elderly care • Experience in elder care, dementia care, or health-related fields • Strong communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills to support client and team interactions • Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and adaptability in caregiving situations • Certification or training in dementia care, elder care, or Montessori approaches is a plus • Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
