Programme Management Support Executive (Training & Development) Join our team for a dynamic role with an outsourced project. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support training administration and learning operations. The role involves coordinating course registrations, maintaining learning records, managing e-learning accounts, preparing reports, handling email communications, and supporting programme management. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative and operational support for training programmes, learning activities, and course coordination. • Manage end-to-end course registrations, confirmations, withdrawals, deferments, postponements, and cancellations for internal and external training programmes. • Liaise with training providers, vendors, internal stakeholders, and staff on training-related matters and enquiries. • Monitor course attendance, completion status, and post-training evaluations. • Review and process training-related invoices and supporting documents accurately and within timelines. • Support administration of learning systems and e-learning platforms, including account creation and maintenance. • Monitor completion of mandatory e-learning modules and follow up with staff where required. • Extract, consolidate, and format learning data and reports using Microsoft Excel. • Prepare regular reports and submissions for management and stakeholders. • Create and disseminate course communications and email broadcasts. • Manage shared email inboxes and respond to staff enquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Support coordination of training logistics, including venue arrangements and refreshments where required. • Review existing workflows and suggest process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. • Maintain proper documentation and administrative records. • Provide general administrative support for learning and development activities as assigned. Requirements: • Diploma or GCEA Level qualification from a recognised institution • Minimum 5years of relevant experience in HR administration, coordination, learning and development support, or related functions. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with good interpersonal and customer service abilities. • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment and work within tight timelines. • Resourceful, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. • Proficient in digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. • Knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables will be an advantage. • Familiar with design tools such as Canva or PowerPoint for creating simple communications materials • Familiar with Workday, Learning Management Systems(LMS), or similar HR/enterprise systems Job Type: Full-time, Contract Contract Period: 24 months Working Time: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm Work Location: Singapore 169037
