The Opportunity • Adecco is partnering our client, one of the MNC in the Semiconductor industry • 6 months contract • Salary: Up to SGD 3400 • Candidate who can start on immediate notice will be advantageous • Location: East The Talent • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Min 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or administrative project support roles • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively under tight deadlines. Job Description • Prepare project documentation including charters, meeting minutes, trackers, and weekly status reports • Track budgets, process invoices, and support financial administration • Coordinate project schedules, meetings, action tracking, and stakeholder follow‑ups • Manage site access, permits, and required documentation with contractors • Support procurement activities (PR/PO initiation, quotation collation, vendor documentation) • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery • Support end‑to‑end project execution under the Reporting Manager, aligned to objectives and timelines • Arrange logistics for meetings, workshops, site visits Next Step • Send your resume to amelia.lau@adecco.com • All shortlisted candidates will be contacted
