Job Description • Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Main Contractor • Position Title: Project Engineer (Civil & Structural – Main Contractor) • Working Location: Central • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM -12:00 PM) • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Discretionary Bonus + Telephone allowance • Duration: Permanent Role • Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and oversee Civil & Structural (C&S) works on site in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications • Review and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure accuracy and buildability • Liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant trades (e.g. M&E, architectural) to resolve technical and coordination issues • Prepare and submit drawings, reports, and documentation to consultants and authorities in a timely manner • Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out in compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards • Attend site meetings, technical discussions, and conduct site inspections/walks during construction phases • Track and manage test reports, material submissions, and relevant certifications (e.g. ST, Green Mark, constructability requirements) • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company ISO standards • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned • APPLY NOW!!! • Degree or above in Civil Engineering or equivalent (registered PE preferred). • Minimum 3 years working experience with main contractor in deep basement excavation, precast concrete or structural steelwork construction for buildings. • Strong interpersonal skill and able to work independently. • Good knowledge of structural specifications & requirements. • The main scope of works will include CBP coordination, method statement submission after coordination with site team, material submission, issuance of RFI / RFA, liaison with consultants, etc. • Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: • Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; • Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
