Job Description • Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Main Contractor • Position Title: Project Engineer (Civil & Structural – Main Contractor) • Working Location: Central • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM -12:00 PM) • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Discretionary Bonus + Telephone allowance • Duration: Permanent Role • Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and oversee Civil & Structural (C&S) works on site in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications. • Review and interpret structural drawings, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure accuracy and buildability. • Liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant trades, including M&E and architectural teams, to resolve technical and coordination issues. • Prepare and submit drawings, reports, and documentation to consultants and authorities in a timely manner. • Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out in compliance with design requirements, project specifications, and safety standards. • Attend site meetings, technical discussions, and conduct site inspections/walks during construction phases. • Track and manage test reports, material submissions, and relevant certifications, including ST, Green Mark, and constructability requirements. • Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company ISO standards. • Handle CBP coordination, method statement submissions, material submissions, issuance of RFI/RFA, and liaison with consultants. • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. • APPLY NOW!!! • Degree or above in Civil Engineering or equivalent. • Minimum 3 years of working experience with a main contractor on HDB building projects. • Experience in HDB residential, BTO, upgrading, or public housing construction projects is a must. • Good knowledge of structural specifications, authority requirements, and construction coordination. • Able to review drawings, coordinate site works, prepare method statements, and handle technical submissions. • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently. • Registered PE will be advantageous. • Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods: • Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; • Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
