Location: Changi Airport Industry: Food & Beverage / Hospitality Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time Salary Range: SGD 1,100 – 1,600 / $12 to $15 per hour (based on experience) Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is a globally recognised Singapore’s iconic heritage brand, is opening its first premium shopping and lifestyle destination, with excellent connectivity via MRT and public bus services. We are hiring multiple team members to support the opening of our new flagship outlet. Successful candidates will be front-of-house service supporting customer-facing operations. Work hours: • Must be able to commit min 5 hours per day and 5 days per week • 2 time slots: Shift AM is 11 am to 4 pm or Shift PM is 4 pm to 9 pm • Open for discussion if you can work more than 5 hours per day and more days per week Responsibilities: • Greet customers, escorting them to their tables and advise on table QR code ordering • Take orders accurately, provide excellent service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience • Assist customers with enquiries and recommend dishes based on preferences and menu offerings • Serve food and drinks from kitchen / bar counter to customers • Ensure the designated service area runs smoothly throughout the shift • Confirm that each table has proper settings and required condiments before customer seating • Replenish cutlery, napkins, and other tableware as needed during service, maintenance of restaurant cleanliness and workstations • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Perform any related tasks, or duties assigned by the supervisors or managers Requirements: • Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage • Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1) • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Present yourself in a well-groomed, positive working attitude and professional manner Benefits: • Meals are provided • Uniform and training provided
