Job Summary Support the development of project design standards and coordination procedures. Integrate data across design departments, organize project meetings, and track decisions to ensure seamless project execution. Responsibilities • Develop and implement project design standards and coordination procedures to align activities across design departments and ensure consistent project delivery • Integrate and consolidate information from multiple design teams to support accurate and timely project progress tracking • Organize and schedule project meetings, facilitating effective communication and ensuring follow-up on decisions to maintain project momentum • Verify alignment between assigned work scope and overall project schedule to ensure consistency and prevent delays • Proactively track and manage communication of information, documents, and review feedback between internal teams and external stakeholders including clients, partners, and suppliers • Manage interfaces and changes within the assigned work scope to minimize disruptions and maintain project integrity • Actively participate in project coordination meetings to drive implementation and monitoring of agreed actions within the responsible scope Required competencies and certifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering • Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction industry with demonstrated expertise in BIM and project management • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, CAD, and Lumion software • Strong communication skills to effectively convey project information and coordinate teams • Strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and optimize outcomes • Organizational and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders and project demands
