We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Project Executive (Part Time) to join our team and make a real difference while balancing your studies! This role is designed for students who want to gain real-world experience while studying, offering exposure across Marketing, HR, and IT/Digital Operations through structured, hands-on assignments. Throughout your journey, you will be guided and mentored by experienced team members , working closely with the team to support ongoing projects while gradually building confidence and capability. You’ll gain a holistic understanding of how different functions work together to drive business success, all while developing practical, career-ready skills. Your Journey Will Involve: Marketing • Supporting the development of marketing plans, including social media calendars and content strategies • Assisting in setting up and optimising online campaigns across various platforms • Analysing campaign performance and suggesting improvements based on insights and trends • Creating and scheduling engaging digital content Human Resources Consulting & Training • Supporting the design and delivery of training programmes and workshops • Assisting in the development and preparation of learning materials and content • Coordinating and executing training sessions, ensuring smooth programme delivery • Co-facilitating sessions where appropriate • Reviewing and updating materials to keep content relevant and engaging • Supporting consulting projects for clients Executive Search (Talent Acquisition) • Supporting end-to-end hiring processes for clients • Assisting in sourcing and screening candidates across various platforms • Preparing candidate profiles and shortlists for client submission • Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications IT & Digital Operations • Supporting website updates and basic content management • Assisting with digital tools, systems, and platform optimisation • Helping analyse data from platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, dashboards) • Supporting automation initiatives and process improvements • Providing tech support for internal systems and tools What We’re Looking For • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, IT, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related fields • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Able to work both independently and collaboratively • Detail-oriented with a proactive and analytical mindset • Interest in digital tools, marketing, or HR functions • Basic familiarity with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, or social media platforms is a plus • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or basic web tools is advantageous Who Should Apply • Students looking for a part-time role while studying • Individuals keen to gain hands-on, cross-functional experience • Self-driven learners who want early exposure to real business operations The Perks • Flexible working arrangements to support your studies • Hands-on experience across multiple business functions • Mentorship and structured learning opportunities • A collaborative and growth-oriented environment • Potential pathway to full-time opportunities upon graduation An exciting career awaits the right candidate!
