About the client: Our client is a Reputed Bank Responsibilities: • Elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for enhancements. • Translate business onboarding needs into clear system requirements, user stories, and integration specifications • Conduct prototyping based on user requirements and strategic solution. • Support end to end Project Management lifecycle from demand management, project approval, budget approval, development, product fulfillment and return on investment • Partner with architecture, integration, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are technically feasible and aligned to enterprise standards. • Validate solution design against banking onboarding policies, controls, and operational processes. • Support UAT by defining test scenarios, reviewing test cases, and resolving functional defects • Acts as a bridge between business, operations, and technology teams, with strong hands on understanding of Microsoft planner and project management lifecycle implementation Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Information Technology or any other field • Strong practical experience in end-to-end project management lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure • Hands on knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid methodologies. • Experience in Project planning and tracking tools MS Project, MS Planner, JIRA • Experience in Financial tracking (Budgeting, cost allocation, forecasting) • Good understanding of Regulatory, business change, technology / infrastructure related governance requirements. • Understanding of Integration with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) for collaboration and workflow management Interested candidates, who wish to apply for the above position, please send in your resume to mohamed.basith@persolapac.com We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
