Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned professional to drive the delivery of various technology initiatives within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role involves working across multiple teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions, while supporting the overall execution of key projects. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the delivery lifecycle of initiatives from planning through execution and follow-up. • Partner with cross-functional teams to support implementation efforts and ensure smooth coordination. • Contribute to planning activities, track progress, and provide updates as needed. • Maintain relevant documentation and ensure alignment with internal standards and practices. • Identify potential challenges and support issue resolution in collaboration with stakeholders. • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and assist in managing expectations. Key Qualifications • Relevant experience in project delivery, business analysis, or similar roles within a financial and technology environment. • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate ideas into actionable outputs. • General understanding of business processes and workflows within a complex organization. • Comfortable working with stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and supporting delivery activities. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills across different levels of the organization. • Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Familiarity with common tools and methodologies used for project tracking and collaboration.
