Role Description We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR professional to join our team as a Project Operations HR Executive. Reporting to the Project Operations HR Lead, you will lead recruitment efforts while supporting key HR functions such as onboarding, training coordination, and employment changes. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently. You should be organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Role Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Technical and Retail units, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer support. • Support the full employee lifecycle, including preboarding, onboarding, employment changes, performance processes, training coordination, and offboarding. • Manage HR documentation, contracts, amendments and confidential employee records, maintaining accurate trackers and personnel files across SharePoint and HR systems. • Assist employees with HR transactions, including payroll inputs, benefits enrolment, and leave matters, and consolidate timesheet, shift, and incentive data for payroll submission. • Ensure compliance with Singapore labour regulations and internal HR policies, and liaise with Corporate HR and Operations for a coordinated approach to HR service delivery. • Contribute to HR process improvements and monitor key performance indicators to enhance project HR efficiency. Required Education and Experience: • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related disciplines. • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR administration, with a strong understanding of payroll, employment, laws and HR best practices. • Strong understanding of employment laws, recruitment strategies, and HR best practices. • Experience in sourcing and hiring talent for operational, project-based, or high-volume roles. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive, and HR documentation processes, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong follow-through and adaptability
