Project Planner / Project Planning Engineer

Mon to Sat / 8am - 6pm At least 20years experiences Job Description • Develop and monitor project schedules in line with contract completion timelines • Prepare and maintain baseline project programmes • Develop 6-month look-ahead schedules • Prepare 3-month and 4-week rolling programmes • Track and update project progress against planned schedules • Prepare monthly progress reports with S-curve analysis • Analyse project delays and propose recovery plans • Coordinate with QS team for progress claims and cost updates • Work closely with engineers for accurate site progress tracking • Liaise with client’s planner on scheduling and reporting matters • Monitor critical path activities and highlight potential risks • Ensure alignment between site activities and master schedule • Support tender planning and programme development when required • Maintain proper documentation of schedules and updates • Provide planning support to project teams for timely completion Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field • Experience in project planning within construction or ACMV industry • Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel • Strong understanding of project scheduling and S-curve analysis • Basic technical knowledge of ACMV works • Good coordination, communication, and analytical skills
