Project Secretary Job Scope: * Administrative Support: Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to project managers and teams, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing documentation. To provide administrative support for proper function of project office. * Documentation Management: Maintain an organized filing system for project documents, ensuring easy access and tracking of all relevant materials. * Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, take minutes, and distribute notes to relevant stakeholders to ensure clear communication and follow-up on action items. * Data Management: Perform data entry, record keeping, and reporting tasks to support project tracking and meeting minutes. * Travel Arrangements: Organize travel logistics for project team members, including booking accommodations and transportation. * Other tasks assigned as required. Location : Tuas Experience: • Minimum of 3 Years with relevant experiences. • Prefer FPSO, Oil and Gas Industry background.
