Location - Changi General Hospital Simei - Punggol Oasis - Northpoint Responsibilities • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure compliance with food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards • Direct and supervise staff to maintain restaurant safety and security protocols • Recruit new staff and coordinate comprehensive training programs to enhance team performance • Manage inventory control by establishing schedules and monitoring stock levels to optimize resources • Oversee financial controls including money handling and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and accountability • Develop and implement local marketing initiatives by engaging prospective guests to promote sales growth • Maintain accurate business records to support operational and financial reporting • Demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills to foster a positive work environment and deliver excellent guest service
