About this role
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Operations Assistant (Part-Time) to support day-to-day logistics and administrative activities. This role involves processing purchase orders, coordinating shipments, and assisting with basic warehouse tasks such as packing and unpacking goods. Work Schedule• 3 days per week (flexible and negotiable) • Suitable for candidates seeking part-time or flexible working arrangements Key Responsibilities• Process and track purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner • Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams on order and delivery status • Assist with packing, labeling, and unpacking of goods • Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipment documentation • Perform basic stock checks and report discrepancies • Support general operational and administrative tasks as required RequirementsEducation & Experience• Certificate in Business Administration, Logistics / Supply Management, or equivalent • Some experience supporting purchase order processes or logistics coordination is preferred • Exposure to import/export shipments is an advantage Skills & Competencies• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools • Good organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle light physical work (packing and unpacking items) • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently • Good communication and teamwork skills What We Offer• Flexible part-time schedule (3 days per week) • Friendly and supportive working environment • Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations and logistics • Stable and structured work environment • Training and guidance provided
