About this role
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in quality checks on raw materials and finished products. • Support food tasting sessions and help monitor key control points in production. • Help with safety and hygiene inspections in the central kitchen and outlets. • Assist in keeping records for food safety, halal, and workplace safety. • Support the team during internal and external audits. • Join in food incident investigations and follow-up actions. • Assist in coordinating the monthly pest control program. • Learn and help with microbiological testing (food samples, environment, hand swabs). • Provide general admin support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • Pursuing tertiary education in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.# • Meticulous, organized, and independent. • Eager to learn, a strong team player. • Proficient in MS Office. • Comfortable in a food manufacturing environment.
