Quality Executive, Facilities Management

Job Highlights: • Located at Boon Lay • Mon – Fri, 8.00am-5.45pm • 2-Year direct contract (Renewable / Convertible) • Bonuses Job Summary Join a dynamic Facilities Management team and play a key role in ensuring quality, compliance, and service excellence through audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities • Support Quality Management activities, including Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for assigned programmes. • Conduct scheduled QA/QC audits on completed works and services. • Perform documentation reviews and site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and operational requirements. • Prepare and submit audit findings, reports, and recommendations in a timely manner. • Track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure of audit findings. • Identify and escalate critical issues, systemic concerns, and non-conformances for management attention. • Support external audits and compliance assessments in accordance with contractual requirements. • Work closely with stakeholders to drive quality improvement and operational excellence. • Report directly to the QA Manager on quality assurance and compliance matters. Requirements • Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), or a related discipline. • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Quality Management, or WSH. • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, audits, and compliance processes.
