Overview The Assistant Contract Manager supports the contract and commercial management of data centre projects, assisting with contract administration, documentation, and compliance across the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for candidates looking to deepen their exposure to mission-critical infrastructure projects in a fast-growing data centre • Assist in administering contracts and agreements • Track contractual deliverables, notices, and obligations • Maintain accurate and well-organised contract documentation and registers • Support the preparation and evaluation of variations, change orders, and claims • Assist in tracking extensions of time (EOT) and associated documentation • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submissions and responses • Support cost and commercial reporting from a contractual perspective Requirements • 5 years of experience in contract administration, quantity surveying, or commercial support roles • Exposure to data centre, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects preferred • Experience working with developers, operators, consultants, or main contractors is an advantage • Basic understanding of construction contracts and contract administration • Familiarity with FIDIC, SIA, NEC, or similar forms of contract • Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline How to Apply Click Apply now or send your resume directly to Talent@BuildBridgePartners.com EA Name: BuildBridge Partners Pte Ltd EA License No: 25C2918 EA Reg No: R1551092 Khoo Yan Jie
