About this role
Responsibilities: • Handle front desk duties, including attending to visitors and managing incoming calls • Provide general administrative support, including purchase order creation and system updates • Maintain and update internal contact lists and office records • Oversee office upkeep, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment • Manage office supplies and coordinate servicing of equipment (e.g. photocopiers) • Liaise with external vendors (e.g. cleaning, air-conditioning, pest control) and monitor service quality and costs • Support travel arrangements, including bookings and ensuring compliance with company policies • Assist with administrative projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned • SAP experience is an added advantage Interested applicants may email resume to kellychooi@recruitexpress.com.sg Chooi Kelly (CEI Registration No: R25136207) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (EA: 99C4599) We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
