Role Summary Front-of-house and general office support role deployed to the school's General Office. The candidate is the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors, while also supporting admin staff on day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities • Attend to visitors, parents, and students at the counter with pleasant and attentive service • Screen and direct calls; take and relay messages; handle general enquiries • Attend to sick/injured students at the GO; notify relevant staff and maintain sick bay records • Sort mail, receive deliveries, assist with students' late-coming records, check completeness of submitted forms • Maintain records of keys, lockers, and lost-and-found items • Monitor and replenish First Aid inventory • Other duties as assigned by Principal, VPs, and Admin Managers Requirements • Min. 3 years' experience as receptionist or PA to management/C-suite • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English, written and verbal) • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) • Additional local language proficiency is advantageous • First Aid knowledge preferred • Ability to multitask and work independently The Talent People 24C2589
