About this role
Role: This is a full-time, onsite, Receptionist cum Admin Assistant role in MOE Secondary school. If you are selected, You will work closely with VP and the AMs /AE and School Leaders(SLs) in an MOE Secondary school (nearest MRT- Seng Kang ) in the day-to-day activities. Responsibilities: The Personnel shall provide key front-line and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the school. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Provide pleasant and attentive services to members of public stakeholders and members of school, i.e. parents, students etc with their enquiries and requests. 2. Provide timely, accurate and clear communication – both written and verbal – to members of public stakeholders and members of school, i.e. screen and direct calls, take and relay messages, provide required information for inquiries. 3. Attend to sick or injured students who report to the General Office (GO), and notify relevant staff as well as maintain records of sick bay usage. Knowledge of First Aid is preferred. 4. Support the GO staff with administration and operational matters, e.g. organise and sort mails, receive deliveries, assist with recording students’ late coming, checking the completeness of forms submitted to the GO. 5. Keep proper records of keys and lockers issued 6. Keep proper records of lost and found items. 7. Monitor and replenish the First Aid inventory. 8. Complete other duties as assigned by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Managers and Administrative Executives. Job Requirements: ● Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a receptionist or as a personal assistant to management/C-suite personnel, and/or relevant certificates. ● Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact courteously with visitors and colleagues. ● Basic computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. ● Good verbal and written communication skills in English. ● Proficiency in an additional local language (verbal and written) would be advantageous. ● Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. **We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Summary: Contract Period: Contract Period: 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027 Working Hours: • Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5.00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
