Role: This is a full-time, onsite, Admin Assistant Role in MOE Secondary School. If you are selected, You will work closely with VP and the AMs /AE and School Leaders(SLs) in an MOE Secondary School (nearest MRT- Hougang ) in the day-to-day activities. Responsibilities: • To assist in reception counter duties including attending to various requests from all walk-in and call-in external and internal customers including queries from parents on financial assistance. • To receive goods procured by the school and maintain a daily record of all mail and deliveries received. • To assist the Relief Team in monitoring staff attendance and daily attendance of contract staff. • To assist in printing services for all staff including printing / photocopy worksheets, circulars, notes, and other materials required by the school staff for school / students’ use. • To support the school’s Discipline Committee in administrative duties related to student late comers, detention class, collection / safe keeping / returning students’ mobile phones, lost and found items etc. • General administrative and front desk duties assigned by the Administration Managers. Job Requirements: • Possesses fundamental knowledge and skills to handle customer service, office administration and clerical tasks. • Preferably at least 3 years experience in customer service and office administration, in a school settings • Meticulous, able to work independently and have an eye for detail. • Familiar with IT word processing and spreadsheet applications such as MS Word and Excel. • Adept at handling office equipment e.g laminating and binding machines, photocopier. • A team player with a pleasant disposition and interpersonal skills. • Display professional conduct when interacting/engaging with stakeholders. • Aligned with the school's core values, needs and objectives. **We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. Working Hours: • Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break • Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
