Authority: Seng Kang Secondary School Location: 10 Compassvale Lane, Singapore 545090 Contract Duration• Contract Period: 1 June 2026 – 31 May 2027 • Extension Option: 1 June 2027 – 31 May 2028 (at Authority’s discretion under same terms & conditions) ⏰ Working Hours• ️ Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break) • Off Days: Saturdays, Sundays & Gazetted Public Holidays Scope of Services️ Front Desk & Customer Service• Provide courteous and attentive service to parents, students, visitors, and stakeholders • Handle calls: screen, direct, and relay messages • ℹ️ Respond to enquiries with accurate and timely information Student Care & Sickbay Support• Attend to sick or injured students at the General Office • Maintain sickbay usage records • Inform relevant staff promptly • ➕ Basic First Aid knowledge preferred Administrative & Operational Support• Sort and organise incoming mails • Receive and manage deliveries • Assist with recording late-coming students • Verify completeness of submitted forms Records & Inventory Management• Maintain proper records of keys and lockers issued • Manage lost and found items • Monitor and replenish First Aid inventory Additional Duties• Perform other duties assigned by:PrincipalVice-PrincipalsAdministration ManagersAdministrative Executives Qualifications, Skills & Experience• Minimum 3 years’ experience as:Receptionist ORPersonal Assistant (PA) to management/C-suite • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) • ⚡ Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
