Location: Dunearn Secondary School, Singapore Contract Period: 1 Jan 2027 – 31 Dec 2027 (Extendable by 12 months) ⏰ Working Hours• ️ Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) • ️ Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) • Off Days: Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays • Additional hours may be required based on operational needs (mutual agreement) Key Responsibilities️ Reception & Customer Service• Answer and direct incoming phone calls • Attend to walk-in enquiries (students, parents, visitors, suppliers) • ℹ️ Provide accurate information and assistance Administration & Records Management• ️ Maintain filing systems and update records • Manage inventory, deliveries, and stock records • Handle lost and found items Student Care & Sickbay Management• Maintain sickbay records • Provide basic first aid • Handle early dismissal of students for medical reasons Student & School Operations Support• Manage student/class photos coordination • Support NRIC registration processes • Assist in school health & dental checks • Coordinate surveys (QSE and others) • Prepare and pack materials (pamphlets, souvenirs, etc.) • Inform teachers regarding deliveries and assist when required Secretarial & Coordination Duties• Arrange appointments and meetings • Communicate with parents (e.g., fee arrears follow-up) • Provide general administrative support Office Maintenance• Ensure cleanliness of School Leaders’ rooms • ☕ Maintain pantry cleanliness and organization Additional Duties• Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by School Leaders or Admin Manager Qualifications & Skills• Minimum Secondary School Education • Preferably 3 years of receptionist/admin experience in a school environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • ️ Comfortable using school e-systems (student tracking, early release, attendance, etc.)
