Reconcilation Officer Duration: 6 Months Location: Changi Biz Park Salary: Up to $3,600 Responsibilities: 1. Assist in managing reconciliation system processes, including static data updates, statement data uploads, and monitoring upstream data feeds. 2. Support the analysis, creation, and testing of reconciliation system auto-match rules. 3. Help identify and escalate any exceptions, errors, or abnormal issues during daily processing. 4. Learn to respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner. 5. Develop working knowledge of relevant workflows and office systems, and contribute suggestions for process improvements to reduce operational risks and increase productivity. 6. Support the preparation of Weekly/Monthly MIS reports for senior management. 7. Assist in different testing cycles, analyze results, and submit observations to the Project Manager. 8. Ensure all work performed adheres to established procedures, policies, guidelines, and standards. 9. Maintain full compliance with all bank policies, guidelines, and codes of conduct.
