About this role
Responsibilities • Acquire new clients by conducting business development and cold calling to expand the customer base • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes to fulfill clients’ hiring needs efficiently and effectively • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR teams and recruiting channel partners to support talent acquisition • Communicate clearly with suitable candidates to prepare them for each stage of the hiring process • Participate actively in business development activities focused on key account management • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned to support business objectives Required competencies and certifications • CEI certification is compulsory to perform recruiting duties in compliance with industry standards Preferred competencies and qualifications • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and candidates effectively • Exhibit a good understanding of sourcing and recruiting processes to optimize talent acquisition • Show confidence, sales drive, and results orientation to achieve business development goals • Adapt comfortably to fast-paced work environments to maintain productivity and responsiveness Other Information • Basic salary plus uncapped commission • PANDA HRESOURCE PTE LTD (Lic No.: 19C9971) • CHONG SHU MIN REG NO.R22107042
